This is core, not a feature. Ask: is fitment native? Does it list parts by interchange so they reach compatible vehicles? Where does the vehicle data come from? Weak fitment means weak reach and high returns no matter how nice the rest looks.
3. Channels and auto-delisting
- Does it list to eBay and Facebook as first-class channels, not just one?
- When a part sells on one channel, does it come off the others instantly?
- Is the sync real-time, or batched?

4. Onboarding and migration
- How long until you are actually running on it?
- Do they migrate your data, or is that your problem?
- Can you try it on real data before committing?
5. Pricing transparency
- Is the price published, or do you have to “book a demo” to learn it?
- What is bundled vs. an add-on?
- How does the total compare to your current stack plus its hidden costs?
A vendor hiding the price is a small but real signal about the relationship.
6. Proof
- Are there reviews on independent sites?
- Will they connect you with a yard like yours?
- Is there a demo or trial so you can see it on your own data?
