We've spent decades on both sides of the problem - building and operating businesses that manage complex physical inventory, and building the software that makes those businesses run.
That experience shaped reParta: practical software built around how dismantlers and salvage yards actually work.
Where reParta came from
reParta began as TheParts.io, built to simplify inventory management and online sales for used auto parts businesses.
As the product evolved, its scope expanded beyond inventory and marketplace listings into a broader operating system for independent auto recyclers - connecting donor vehicles, used parts inventory, warehouse locations, marketplace sales, and profitability in one workflow.
TheParts.io became reParta - a new name reflecting a broader product and vision.
reParta is a DBA of Waveo, a California technology company operating since 2020.
Meet the founders
Alex Mozolyuk
Alex has spent more than 15 years building technology products and startups across automotive, logistics, and mobility.
In 2010, Alex founded DriverNotes, an automotive technology platform built around vehicle ownership, maintenance, repairs, expenses, and automotive data. Over the following years, DriverNotes attracted outside investment, built a community of hundreds of thousands of drivers, and evolved across web and mobile products.
He later co-founded and helped build a technology company developing complex platforms for logistics, fleet operations, and emerging mobility - taking products from early concept through design, development, and commercialization.
At reParta, Alex brings that experience back to automotive, leading product and technology around a problem he has been close to for years: connecting vehicles, parts, inventory, marketplaces, and operations in one system.
Alevtyna Mozolyuk
Alevtyna brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of machinery, spare parts, operations, software, and technology.
She started her career as a software developer for an agricultural machinery company before moving into sales and business leadership, where she launched and led a new division serving large agricultural customers.
She later co-founded and spent more than a decade as COO of a vertically integrated machinery, equipment, and spare-parts company, helping build a nationwide network of 15+ regional branches. She led operations across technology and IT, finance, and legal, while helping build the software infrastructure that connected inventory, sales, service, and logistics across thousands of machinery and spare-part models.
In 2020, Alevtyna co-founded Waveo, an AI product company focused on turning complex physical-world operations into production software using AI, computer vision, automation, data, and connected systems.
At reParta, she brings those experiences together - software, parts, inventory, multi-location operations, sales, and technology - to turn the realities of dismantling and used-parts businesses into practical product workflows.
