This Privacy Policy explains how Waveo, the company that operates reParta ("reParta," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use reparta.com, app.reparta.com, and our related services (the "Service"). For the business data you put into the Service about your own customers, you are the controller and we act as your processor.
1. Information we collect
- Account: name, email, password (hashed), business name, and team members you invite.
- Billing: plan and subscription status. Payments are handled by our payment processor - we never receive or store full card numbers.
- Your Data: donors, VINs, parts, photos, prices, listings, orders, customer/CRM records, and expenses you enter. Some may include personal information about your customers, which you control.
- Usage: features used, IP address, device/browser type, and timestamps, via product analytics and server logs.
- Integrations: when you connect an account (e.g. eBay, Meta/Facebook) or decode a VIN, we receive the data needed to provide that feature, including access tokens.
2. How we use it
We use this information to provide, secure, and improve the Service - including decoding VINs, generating pre-bid estimates and price suggestions, publishing and syncing listings to marketplaces you connect, processing billing, sending account and transactional emails, and providing support. We do not sell your personal information or use Your Data for advertising profiles.
3. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies that are strictly necessary (to sign you in and keep your session secure) and analytics cookies (to understand how the Service is used). You can control non-essential cookies through the consent banner and your browser.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the Service: with the categories of service providers below, who process it only on our instructions; with marketplaces and integrations you enable, to perform actions you request; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition), with notice to you.

You can revoke a connected integration at any time, from within reParta or the third party's own settings.
5. Retention & security
We keep Your Data while your account is active and delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period after closure, except records we must retain by law (e.g. billing and tax). We protect data with encryption in transit, encrypted tokens, and access controls, and hosting in the United States; if you access the Service from elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in the U.S. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify you of a breach affecting your data as required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most of this in-app or by emailing . We do not sell or "share" your personal information as defined under California law (CCPA/CPRA). Under GDPR, our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in securing and improving the Service, consent, and legal obligation. The Service is for business use and not directed to anyone under 18. For Your Data about your own customers, please direct individuals' requests to you as the controller; we assist as your processor.
